§ 04Common questions

Before you post or bid

Q—01

Is posting a tender free for exhibitors?

Yes. Exhibitors can create and publish tenders without taking a builder subscription. Builder access is funded through the builder plans shown above.

Q—02

What does an approved builder profile mean?

It means the completed profile has passed through Expo Exchange Admin approval before public listing. It does not represent independent verification of insurance, company registration, certificates or every portfolio project.

Q—03

Can I edit or close a tender?

You can edit a tender while it is Draft or Open, provided no bids have been received. Once bids have been submitted, contact Expo Exchange if closure or material changes are required. Builders are not automatically notified of tender edits.

Q—04

What can exhibitors review before awarding?

Exhibitors can review submitted prices, estimated timings, written proposals and available builder-profile information, then use direct messaging before selecting a bid.
